Need
We don't want email attachments to fill up our email servers; we want our email attachments to be sent as links
Solution
FileOrbis Outlook plug-in will let all the email attachments to be automatically converted into links and these links will be added into the email body; this capability will let users send attachment of any size with emails
Benefits
- Attachments will uploaded into FileOrbis and links will be automatically generated
- Scenarios when attachment will be converted or not can be defined with central policies
- Users can define setting for links on their own, too
- Users can chose files and upload files into FileOrbis and have links added into the email bodies or users can direktly add a file already existing in FileOrbis
