How FileOrbis Turned Growth into Impact

As we close out 2025, it feels like the right moment to pause and look back — not just at the numbers, but at what they truly represent.
This year was about turning intention into impact.

It started with building. Thousands of new lines of code came together to deliver four brand-new FileOrbis products. Behind that work was a growing team — our headcount increased by 25%, bringing together more people who care deeply about solving real document and data challenges for enterprises.

With that foundation in place, FileOrbis continued to expand globally. We now operate across 30+ countries, with offices in KSA, UAE, Poland, and the USA, supporting customers across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Growth, for us, has never been about being everywhere — it’s been about being present where it matters.

That presence translated into trust. In 2025, 450+ enterprise customers chose FileOrbis, and that trust scaled to more than 2 million users working with their documents securely every day. Along the way, our ecosystem grew too, with 20+ new distributors, technology partners, and resellers joining us on this journey.

What matters most, though, is how customers experience what we build. Being rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 91 reviews, and being recognized as a Strong Performer in the Gartner Peer Insights Document Management 2025 report, was a meaningful validation of that effort.

Beyond products and platforms, 2025 was also about people. We had the chance to meet, listen to, and learn from more than 10,000 professionals across industry events worldwide. Those conversations continue to shape how we think about the future of document management.

As we look ahead, our wish for 2026 is simple: to keep helping enterprises work with their documents more safely, more intelligently, and with greater confidence — every day, everywhere.
